The home is situated on a prime spot with unobstructed views of Indian Arm to the south. Unfortunately it has been neglected over the last few years and has fallen into a state of disrepair. While some of the home may be salvageable most of the home would need to be gutted and redone. If you are able to do the work, you will end up with a very special place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city! The roof and deck needs to be replaced as it is currently leaking and has caused mould and possible rot in the home. As a result of the water, a major interior restoration would need to take place. Brighton Beach rules and Regulations require each home to have a septic system or a composting toilet. As this home is built on a rock, a composting toilet system would be the most likely way to go. The dock has been removed but the two metal pilings remain. As a share owner, you would be entitled to a boat slip at the common dock, but accessibility from the common dock to the home is quite tricky.
