I must admit, when I got the referral from a past client I was a bit more than sceptical. Where am I going to find a 3 bedroom home under $325000 in today's market? I didn't think this was possible and even suggested we look at condos as a stepping stone to a house down the road.
Well I am very happy to say we found the house and moving day is this week!!! Of course we had to go out east a bit and ended up finding a bare land strata house in Agassiz. My clients are stoked they got their home with a decent sized yard and I can't be more happy for them.
